At Āgāmi Stores, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our tracking page to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
